CHICAGO, IL — July 13th, 2026 — Ke Wang, Founder and CEO of SKS Nutrition, Inc., was an invited speaker at IFT FIRST 2026, the Institute of Food Technologists' flagship annual event and one of the food science industry's largest global gatherings of formulation scientists, ingredient suppliers, and brand innovation teams. Ms. Wang's officially invited talk addressed the application of artificial intelligence in food product development, drawing on SKS Nutrition's work building AI-driven food and ingredient intelligence tools for the industry. "Product development in this industry generates an enormous amount of data — formulation trials, sensory panels, consumer testing — that historically hasn't been used to its full potential," said Ke Wang, Founder and CEO of SKS Nutrition.
