Led by former ADM Vice Chairman Ray Young, the board guides SKS’s mission to replace legacy PLM systems with an AI-native OS, transforming how the world builds food and nutrition products.

CHICAGO, IL — June 2026 — SKS Nutrition, Inc., the first company to develop an AI-native operating system (OS) for the food and nutrition sector, today announced the formation of its inaugural Advisory Board. Composed of veteran leaders from global food and nutrition giant ADM and elite technology pioneers from Silicon Valley, this powerhouse board will guide SKS Nutrition as it shifts Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) from an experience-driven process to a data-and-algorithm-powered engine.

Founded last year by industry veteran Ke Wang, SKS Nutrition is an AI-native "Service-as-a-Software." By deploying a network of specialized, interconnected AI agents, the platform automates and optimizes the entire PLM spectrum—including market intelligence, formulation, sensory simulation, consumer testing, and engagement—allowing brands to bring successful products to market at unprecedented speed. Ray Young, Chairman of Advisory Board – Retired Vice Chairman and former CFO at both ADM and General Motors. With 36 years of global business and financial management experience across four continents and extensive Fortune 500 board governance experience, Ray was instrumental in helping drive growth at ADM during his 12-year tenure. He will be the senior advisor to the company and serve as the chair of the Advisory Board.
Marie Wright, Strategic Advisor – Renowned Global Flavorist, Co-Founder of Mystic Flavours LLC, and former President of Creation, Design and Development (CD&D) and Chief Flavorist at ADM and WILD Flavors. A legendary figure in sensory science. Marie serves on SKS advisory board to provide high-level mentorship on product design philosophy and industry standards for excellence.
Darren Streiler, Strategic Investment Advisor – Former Vice President of ADM Ventures. Having been part of the launch of ADM Ventures in 2017, Darren brings an unparalleled network within the F&B investment ecosystem and will advise on SKS’s strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth.
Thuy Vo, Business and Governance Advisor – Retired Chief Counsel of Corporate, Securities, and M&A at ADM. Thuy oversaw ADM’s general corporate, securities, and M&A matters, including the foundational acquisition of the WILD flavor and ingredient businesses in 2014 and the creation of ADM Ventures in 2016. A seasoned corporate finance expert, law professor, and business strategist, she will advise SKS in general business and governance matters.
